Hotel Management students visited the concept café Artnaldas at Nicosia city Center. The educational trip was part of the “Food and Drinks preparation” course.
The manager of Artnaldas demonstrated coffee preparation teqniques. He also analyzed the menu of the café, so students can understand the concept. American College is in collaboration with more than 35 luxury hotels and 40 restaurants all over Cyprus and Greece, providing students with paid internships.
