Paid internships provide American College students the opportunity to meet a particular workplace and gain hands-on experience. Some of our students following their internship are offered full-time employment when they graduate by their internship employers. The benefit of employing a past intern is that the intern is familiar with the company and needs no or less time for training. It is important that our Hotel Management students gain knowledge and practical skills through activities such internships, so they can be more competitive when they join the global hospitality industry. For this reason, during their studies, they have the opportunity to experience multiple workplace tours, workshops, and of course plenty of practical hours in our well-equipped training restaurant and cookery laboratory.
