Students of American College achieved an important distinction at C.C.A. HORECA Gastro 2025 – Pan-Cyprian Culinary and Pastry Competition, winning 4 Silver Medals in one of the most important culinary competitions in Cyprus.

In the Risotto Appetizer & Pork Main Course (JPC3) category, students Konstantinos Demetriou and Creppy Davina Dede Oluwabukola received silver medals for their performance, preparation, and presentation.
In the category Pasta Dish Appetizer & Fish/Seafood Main Course (JPC2), students Ahamed Md Rubel and Rahman Sabrina also achieved silver medals, demonstrating excellent culinary technique, professionalism, and attention to detail.
The students of Culinary Arts at American College proved once again that knowledge, creativity, and practical training can lead to success. Their participation gave them the opportunity to test their skills in a demanding competitive environment, gain valuable experience, and represent the college with pride.
This achievement also highlights the importance of hands-on learning and continuous guidance in culinary education. Through practical training, students develop confidence, technical ability, teamwork, and the professional mindset required in the hospitality and gastronomy industry.
