With love, solidarity, and a strong sense of social responsibility, American College once again supports PASYKAF through a meaningful charity initiative, contributing to the organisation’s important work.
This year, the college community took part in the sale of the PASYKAF charity charm, an initiative that was warmly embraced by students, lecturers, and administrative staff. Through this collective effort, the American College community demonstrated that even simple actions can lead to meaningful results when people come together with a shared purpose.
The funds raised from the sale of the charm were dedicated to supporting PASYKAF’s services and programmes, which provide valuable assistance to individuals affected by cancer and their families. This initiative highlighted the importance of compassion, empathy, and active participation in society, values that are strongly promoted within American College.
As part of this effort, Mr. Marinos Maratheftis, Marketing Manager of American College, together with our students Alexandros Christofi and Andreas Argyropoulos, delivered the amount collected to PASYKAF, representing the contribution of the entire college community.
This action reflects the ongoing commitment of American College to support organisations that have a positive impact on society and to encourage students to become responsible and active citizens. Through such initiatives, students gain not only academic knowledge but also valuable life experiences that shape their character and social awareness.
The initiative also served as a reminder that the end of the year is a time for giving, reflection, and unity. It brought the college community closer and reinforced the importance of standing together in support of those in need.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and supported this initiative.
Together, we make a difference.
