American College students of the Volunteering Club participated in the Telethon fundraising campaign with a lot of success, since our students and professors raised more than 1.000 euro in one day.
Telethon Cyprus is organized by the Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics in Nicosia. The campaign focused on the financial support of the Association of Myopathy and by extension its patient members for a better level of care.
American College’s mission is to contribute to the local community through scholarships, fundraising campaigns, and offering its premises to charities. Our students volunteer their service and also receive awards and certifications for their good deed.
